The Merimang Group is an all-encompassing pressure group formed on the 10th of October 2022. on the Merimang Island upon signing The Outlaw Declaration. It consists of 9 organizations and 9 individual significant members. Formation took place upon The Executive & T.C.P. Crisis took place. Hosts of the event were Chiefdom of the Island (also called "District 01"), The CobWeb Fraternal Order and The CobWeb Maternal Order, latter two which are also signatories of the Declaration. The group seeks to combat what it perceives as an increasing V.A.F. influence which will eventually lead to a military dictatorship. Although operating without official forces themselves, they choose to use influence in academic, international, media and cultural spheres to achieve the goals laid out in the Declaration.

The Outlaw Declaration & Signatories

The Outlaw Declaration sets out the methods and goals of the Merimang Group to achieve, so it is written as a list;

1. ENDGOAL: Stabilization of Viliakmon.
   1. ENDGOAL: Establish a political party structure for the legislature.
   2. ENDGOAL: Establish Clan representation in the legislature by weighed proportional voting.
   3. ENDGOAL: Establish a Presidential Republic where the Executive Cabinet will be chosen by the Head of State.
2. GOAL: Dismantling of V.A.F. Infrastructure.
   1. GOAL: Activate civilians through use of the civilian sector.
   2. GOAL: Reform the current legislature and executive to at least temporary functionality.
   3. GOAL: Adopt a revised Constitution.
3. METHOD: Classify domestically and internationally influential members of the Group.
   1. METHOD: Replace Viliakmons' current representative at the World Forum (THIS HAS BEEN ACHIEVED).
   2. METHOD: Push for international recognition and validation.
   3. METHOD: Influence the current Head of State (This method is currently impossible due to Iakov's disappearance.

With the resignation of Viliakmon's W.F. Ambassador, Dimitrie Ioryu, on the 12th of October, the goal of W.F. attention has partially been achieved.

The Merimang Island lies just across the Merimreza Strait from Viliakmon mainland. It's the northwest-most landmass of the state and the westernmost point of Pacifica as a whole.
