"It is said that after Thronurin's victory over the Orc King Ogzul at the Black Mountain, Murukhdin, the head of the Dwarven Pantheon, appeared from the sky and approached the Dwarf leader. After congratulating the Dwarf leader, Murukhdin set him on a quest to found a Kingdom southwest of the Black Mountain. There he would find a holy stone to mark his divine rule, the Threnenstone. This stone holds magic powers that enhance mining speed and increases attention to detail for artisans as well as protection for its mountain. The Dwarves then moved through the Adamantine Mountains towards the mountain at a the corner of a valley, which later was named after Thronurin. In this mountain, the Mountain Dwarves caved in and mined for riches and made jewellery renowned for its beauty. Through perseverance the Dwarves dwelled deeper and deeper into the mountain and eventually a gem that shines bright white light was found. It was the Threnenstone, the stone that gave divinity to Thronurin's reign. The mountain was named Threnebor and the Dwarven Kingdom was founded. Thus was given birth to the Kingdom of Threnebor with Thonurin I was its first King Under The Mountain. As centuries past and Thronurin became known as the Undying, the Mountain Dwarves set out to settle other mountains and spread out their realm. Through time the Kingdom of Threnebor had encapsulated most of the adamantine mountains and became the Realm of the Mountain Dwarves."
Moin, son of Khoin, the Legend of Thronurin's Folk.
