Zelvan Regime (A1-0)

The Zelvan Regime is an autocratic star nation in the western fringes of Sector A1-0, lead by the Sapa Zelva or Mother-Empress. It's foundation and goal is the institution of slavery. This is reflected in the Regime's structure where he Zelvan species holds absolute authority over the subjugated species. The Zelvan species see it as their divine duty to bring rule to other species and to bring them under their whip. This religious belief has now manifested itself over 19.000 star systems and 2.542 planets.  The Zelvan Regime has an inward focus, meaning that they rather focus within their realms than trot beyond them. This doesn't mean the Zelvans are isolationist. Zelvan slave raiding parties have been known to make incursions to acquire new slaves or even purchase them from black markets. The Zelvan Regime has flourished in trade and commerce. Its jewelleries are renowned throughout the Sector as they trade often with the Zeltrex who in part spread elements of their culture. Many star nations call the Zelvans decadent to the point that they might embargo their products and try to isolate them off. The Zelvans however, always find their way to enter the political sphere of Sector A1-0.
