The Choll Fen (singular: Choll Fan, plural: Choll Fen, adjective: Choll Fan) are a sapient species deep within the Tiyanki Territories. Like the Enthrallans, their species promotes peace and trade. They are the youngest species in the Tiyanki Territories, but have already gained the reputation of being a skittish people. Despite this, they are eager to make astropolitical developments of their own in the region.
