The Fortinian Confederacy (Fortinian: Fortinia Confoederatio) is a confederation of planetary systems, centred around the power located on the capital planet of X in the X system.

Name

The name comes from the most brilliant star in the confederacy, Fortinia which is located near the center of the territory within the XXX stellar cluster.
