History
Founding
On 13th of June 2020, the Bailtem Declaration or also known as the Gralois Declaration was signed in Gralois, Ikoania. Signed by 4 nations: Eareamland, Ela, Ikoania and Maquibie.
The Declaration express the intention to create a Union for the continent of Bailtem and a constitution.
